What a client record holds
Only the name is required. Add a phone, an email, the places you actually talk, such as Instagram, Messenger or a website, and a note. Write down that Kasia’s daughter cannot have gluten and that she always collects on Saturday mornings. It is there the next time she orders.
- Name, phone and email
- Links to Instagram, Messenger or a website
- A free-text note
- New client from inside an order
Call or message from the card
When Marta’s cake is ready, tap her number and choose how to reach her: a call, a text, or WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and Signal. The chat apps need the number saved with a country code. Without it they cannot tell who you mean.
- Call or send an SMS
- WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber and Signal
- Copy the number
- Your own apps, your own number
Order history and total spent
A client’s card lists every order they have placed, newest first. Any of them opens in full. Above it sits Total spent: money that actually arrived. Cancelled orders and refunded payments are not in it. When someone comes back a year later for the same birthday cake, what you charged last time is one tap away.
- Every order, newest first
- Tap an order to open it
- Total spent counts only money received
- The same rule as Analytics
Not in the app
Three things Clients does not do:
- Tag or group clients; use the note instead
- Import your phone’s contacts
- Message clients for you; every call and chat goes from your own apps
Common questions
Do clients count toward a plan limit?
No. Add as many as you like on any plan.
What happens to a client’s orders if I delete them?
Nothing. Every order keeps its own copy of the client’s details, so history and totals survive.
Why is Total spent lower than the orders I can see?
Because it counts money that arrived. Cancelled orders and refunds stay in the history but not in the total.
